Thank you for your interest in Coyote Athletics and supporting it through the Howling Pack. The Howling Pack is the annual fundraising program of the Athletic Department at The University of South Dakota. Initially established in 1991 to support special needs by the athletic department not covered in the budget, the Howling Pack had historically been a Sioux Falls based booster group for Coyote Athletics until its reorganization in 2008.

The USD Howling Pack was established to aid financial support to Coyote Athletics and helps coordinate social activities with all funds being deposited through the USD Foundation. The Howling Pack is overseen by an operational Executive Committee and Board of Directors. Donors to the Howling Pack receive athletic sponsored benefits for their donations and are credited with donating to the University and receive the benefit of a tax deductible contribution through its affiliation with the USD Foundation.
