Miles and Shade Represent USD Well at USA Championships
Des Moines, Iowa – Coyote track and field members Derek Miles and Casey Shade fared well at the USA Championships at Drake Stadium, but both missed standout performances by the smallest of margins. Miles finished second in the senior division of the pole vault, while Shade was ninth in the junior division of the 800 meters.

Erickson Named GWC Student-Athlete of the Month
Vermillion, S.D. – Sophomore Emma Erickson has been named the Great West Conference Female Student-Athlete of the Month for April, the league announced on Wednesday. The monthly honor is the third for the Coyote women this year and fourth overall for South Dakota.
